W/o you, I wouldnt know

The only provider in my building is Spectrum Charter, in Fort Worth TX, who claims that my download speed is 60mbs. I measure it with your App almost everyday at different times. Only once in the evening during the last six months it measured 62Mbps and another time 52, but the usual reading is between 15 and 20 Mbps, more or less. Right now, it was 12.
