I use this app regularly it works really well. My PC has a hard wired internet connection and a WiFi connection. The iPad of course has a WiFi connection. I run a speed test on both the PC and the iPad at the same time and the difference gives me the variable efficient of the router. The efficiency varies from 98% to as low as 60%

One of the first tests that I run when checking network connectivity. I use this app on a daily basis.

Ive had to use the info from this app to argue with my ISP about my internet speeds. Its a great tool!

I have found this app to be very useful. I keep my ISP honest. And can compare wi-fi speeds at friends who are supposedly paying for the same services. Certainly shows that 5gb router performance is significantly better.

Ive tried many speed testing apps over the years and Speedtest by Ookla is by far my favorite. Love the user interface and always accurate. This app has always made me aware of network problems and ensured that I am getting the speeds that I am paying for.

I have used this many times when having arguments with my internet provider. Did you ever feel you arent getting what you paid for? I was on a 100Mb/s guaranteed download speed. Best I was getting 22 - 25Mb/s. This app helped me prove to my provider that they had a problem, not me. They fixed the problem and now Im getting my full 100Mb/s. Thanks Ookla.

I have been trying to write a python program that will ping my ip many times over the course of a 24 hour period as well as in that period try to download and upload different files of specific size and time how long it takes. This app has saved me from this. The GUI is amazing and I love how you are able to see all of your results next to each other so you can compare tests from different days! 10/10 would recommend to friends.
